EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Secure Compliance Solutions LLC (SCS) doesn’t directly market its cybersecurity consulting and managed security services to European Union businesses or residents, although we may provide security services to organizations with business interests in the European Union. In providing security services to our clients, SCS makes every attempt to leave client data in client environments, which mitigates our clients’ vendor risk profiles. SCS advises clients on appropriate data protection methods to comply with GDPR’s stringent requirements. SCS management maintains protocols to assist client Data Protection Officers with documentation of personal data access by SCS personnel, including general assessment of privacy risk.
